The Local House Hotel Miami Beach

Everything was great, polite staff, perfect location just next door to South Beach as well as restaurants.

The staff is accommodating, the breakfast delicious, the ocation is fab really close to beach, a Route 150 Airport Flyer bus stop and Art Deco district.

Cool place, clean, great value. Variety of fantastic food. Awesome location near Story Nightclub.

Lobby was modern. I have stayed in double room for 2 nights. Absolutely perfect location to lummus park beach.

It was a nicely renovated, neat hotel. In short, the room was very well furnished, large bed, luxurious bathroom. Pool was nice too. The restaurant was relaxing, and staff extraordinary service-minded.
